The American singer, songwriter and actress, Miley Cyrus, was once an admiration for school kids. She was extremely lauded by the teenagers for the American musical comedy television series, 'Hannah Montana'. She played the titular role in this series that had four seasons, which ended on January 16, 2011. As per the latest reports, Miley feels that Disney did not pay her enough for this show.

The 23-year-old star opened up about her unpleasant experience with the entertainment world, reported AceShowbiz. The impressive singer reveals, “I was probably the least paid person on my cast. I did not grow up spoiled in any way. I just wanted to be on TV. I mean, at one point - they'll probably kill me for saying it - I was probably the least paid person on my cast because I didn't know any better. I was just like, 'I can be on Disney! Yeah, I want to do it’.”

Miley further said, “My mom started understanding how many people take advantage of a child, so she hired smart people to protect me in that way. I'm happy that when I was younger, people protected me and put me in a position where I can now control my music.” Currently, Miley Cyrus is one of the best-selling female artists. In fact, in 2013, she was declared ‘Artist of the Year’ by MTV.

Desimartini wishes Miley Cyrus all the very best for the rest of her undertakings.
