Fans Want Quentin Tarantino To Direct Deadpool 2!

Following the news of Tim Miller exiting the sequel to one of the biggest movies this year, Deadpool, some new developments have taken place on this front. Two days ago, a petition was started by fans to bring Quentin Tarantino on board as director for the sequel. The petition has already collected signatures of more than 1,700 people.

Carl Champion Jr, the person who started the petition, said that it would be glorious if Tarantino wrote the dialogues for Deadpool. He drew a comparison with Kill Bill, which was directed by Tarantino who also wrote the screenplay. Carl added that the director will be the best choice because of his “genre-bending abilities and snappy dialogue writing skills”.

Deadpool was directed by Tim Miller and it marked his feature film debut as well. He was expected to return for the sequel but reportedly, he and Ryan Reynolds, the lead actor, had some creative differences. Currently, the movie is scheduled for a January 2016 release.
