Fast 8 Ropes In Kristofer Hivju

Known for his role as Tormund Giantsbane in the hit HBO show Game of Thrones, Kristofer Hivju has been roped in for the next instalment in the Fast and Furious series. The actor will play an evil henchman in the film which is being directed by F. Gary Gray. Fast 8 will hit the screens on April 14 next year.

The eighth part will bring back Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. Charlize Theron was being eyed for the role of the antagonist but no official announcement has been made as of yet. The movie will explore new territories like Cuba and might also venture to Russia and Iceland.

Kristofer will soon be seen in the upcoming season of Game of Thrones which will start its 10 fresh episodes from April 24. The actor has worked in films including ‘Force Majeure’ and ‘After Earth’. His upcoming projects include ‘Mango - Lifes coincidences’ and ‘Exodus: Humanity Has a Price’.
