‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ not going to be grotesque film, reckons Jamie Dornan

The trailer of the much-anticipated romantic flick ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ trailer has turned out to be one of the most-watched videos online. The movie directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and co-produced by Michael De Luca, Dana Brunetti and E.L. James is based on the novel written by James of the same name. However, the lead actor of the film Jamie Dornan retorts that the erotic drama won’t be too dirty for the audience to watch.

"You've got to make something that a large amount of people can go and see. It's not going to be grotesque. I mean, in some ways, it'll break a few boundaries. But at the same time, they want to put bums on seats. They can't alienate an audience. You know it has to be watchable. It can't be hardcore. I wouldn't have signed up for it if it was," the actor says.

With cinematography by Seamus McGarvey, the movie is all set to hit the screens on Feb 13, 2015.
