Fox Series Minority Report Gets an Official Poster

The 2002 film Minority Report is getting a sequel in the form of a series titled the same. The show will be set in Washington in the year 2065. It focuses on a psychic who helps a police detective in stopping and solving crimes before they take place.

The story follows the events of the movie set in the year 2054 which had Tom Cruise play the detective. It was directed by Steven Speilberg and was based on the book ‘Minority Report’ by Philip K. Dick. The upcoming series will show one of the ‘precogs’ - the three psychics from the movie - who returns to help the police detective in stopping the murders that he predicts.

Minority Report series will be produced by Max Borenstein, Steven Spielberg, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Mark Mylod and Kevin Falls. It will star Stark Sands as Dash, Meagan Good as Lara Vega and Wilmer Valderrama as Will Blake. The series will be aired on Fox, starting from September 21.
