Francis Ng joins the cast of Warrior’s Gate

Chinese-Hong Kong actor Francis Ng would join Matthias Hoene’s action project Warrior’s Gate. The cast of the film already includes Mark Zhao, Dave Bautista, Ni Ni, Uriah Shelton, and Sienna Guillory. The film will be a joint production by Fundamental Films and Luc Besson’s EuropaCorp.

Mark Geo, who is the president of Fundamental Films said in a statement, “We want to help spread Chinese culture across the world through the power of film. ‘Warrior’s Gate’ is shaping up to be the most powerful of them all. We’re delighted that international audiences will have the opportunity to see Francis Ng, one of our region’s brightest stars, in action”. Reportedly the joint production will continue for several upcoming projects, which include Valerian and Transporter’s reboot.

Francis Ng has played iconic and lovable characters in his 30 years of career so far. The start is extremely popular for the role that he played in Triumph in the Skies. He has also won Hong Kong and Golden Horse Film Awards for acting.
