Gal Gadot Completes Wonder Woman Shooting

Through a Facebook post, Gal Gadot has revealed that she has wrapped up the shooting for the solo Wonder Woman film. “Today was my last day shooting the solo Wonder Woman movie! It’s been such an amazing, exciting, dreamy, happy and fascinating experience I will cherish it forever. Thank you to everyone who was involved, our amazing cast, crew and phenomenal director”, the actress posted.

Gadot made her first appearance as Diana Prince a.k.a Wonder Woman in the recent film 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'. She was appreciated for her portrayal of the Amazonian princess in the film which starred Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman. Now, the Fast and Furious actress will be seen in a solo dedicated movie which shows the origins of the superhero.

Wonder Woman is being directed by Patty Jenkins and is scheduled to hit the screens on June 2 next year. The cast will also include Chris Pine, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston and Ewen Bremner. The producers for the film include Charles Roven, Zack Snyder and Deborah Snyder.
