Goldar Will Be The Other Villain In ‘Power Rangers’

The trailer of upcoming science fiction superhero drama film ‘Power Rangers’ was released a couple of days back. The 2 minute 20 second video has got a great response on the social networking websites and the film looks promising. The superheroes will be challenged by Rita Repulsa, played by Elizabeth Banks, who will lead an alien force to destruct earth. Reports suggest that she will not be the only villain that the five teenage students will have to fight.

According to reports, Goldar will be the other villain that will appear in the Dean Israelite directorial. However, the makers have not revealed which actor will be playing the lion-faced antagonist. The movie buffs are keen to know which actor will be brought on board to play the fiery baddie.

The director confirmed that the rangers will be getting their iconic vehicles called as Zords. John Gatins has penned the screenplay and Brian Tyler has provided the background score. ‘Power Rangers’ will hit the theatre screens on March 24 next year.
