47-year-old Berry and 38-year-old Aubry broke up in 2010 and when the case for the custody of their daughter was going on it didn’t prove to be a smooth journey for the duo. Halle requested to relocate to France with Nahla and her then-lover Olivier Martinez in 2012 but Aubry successfully disapproved it. On May 30 some legal documents were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court which reported that Berry’s gross income for nine months till September 30, 2012 was estimated as almost $4.7 million while Aubry's gross-expense income was $192,921 for 12 months till October 31, 2012. In terms of income Berry was an obvious winner which proved expensive for the actress as this filing led to the order that Berry has to pay $16,000 per month to Aubry. The tenure of this co-parenting expense has been dated back to January 1, 2013. The actress will solely pay for Nahla’s private schooling and 50 percent of her emergency medical expenses which are not already covered by Berry’s family insurance plan.
