Halle Berry Responds To ‘Ashamed Of Her Children’ Allegations

Former Bond girl Halle Berry recently shared an image on Instagram showing her two children Nahla Aubrey and Maceo Martinez. The image was cropped to the point where the faces of the children were not visible. Some of the people who viewed the photo gave the actress flak for hiding her children's faces, stating that she is ashamed of them.

Berry responded to these allegations and defended her upload saying that she wants to protect the privacy of her two children. “I've noticed you have said this several times now, so let me be clear -- I'm not at all ashamed of my children. I try to find creative ways to incorporate them into my feed because they are the biggest part of my life, but I also work very hard to keep their identities as private as I can considering they are only children”, Berry posted.

She added that she feels its her job as a mother to protect their privacy. Berry explained that when her kids are older and want to share their images, they can do so. On the work front, the actress was last seen on the big screen in ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’. She will be part of the upcoming Kingsman sequel, ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’.
