Hank Williams Brought To Life In New I Saw the Light Trailer

The upcoming Tom Hiddleston starrer, I Saw the Light, has got a new trailer which was released by Sony Pictures Classic. The new international trailer provides some new footage from the film along with clips from the previous trailer. I Saw the Light will hit theatres on March 25 next year.

The movie is a biopic of the legendary country singer Hank Williams. The artist is known for his super hit songs ‘Hey Good Lookin’, ‘I Saw the Light’ and ‘Cold Cold Heart’. Hank lived a short life but created music that has influenced several singers and songwriters. The movie showcases his rise to fame and the harsh downfall.

Directed by Marc Abraham, the cast of I Saw the Light includes Elizabeth Olsen, Bradley Whitford, David Krumholtz and Cherry Jones. Hiddleston will be playing the role of Hank Williams and has performed all the songs in the film. The actor trained long and hard to bring the Hank Williams tone to the stage.
