Here’s Why Cara Delevingne Became A Model

Cara Delevingne decided to choose modelling as her profession in order to escape problems and emotional issues that she was facing in her life. According to reports, the 25-year-old said that modelling helped her in avoiding her problems. However, she said that acting forced her to cope up with the problems.

"Modelling came at a time in my life where I wanted to please people. I was just doing things to run away from my own problems. I wasn't dealing with things that were going on emotionally. That's why I ended up being unhappy," Delevingne said.

The Suicide Squad actress further said, "Being an actor helped me reflect on my own emotions, be able to express them more, be in the moment.” Cara was seen in two movies this year, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets and Tulip Fever. Both the films failed to impress people and were declared as box office duds.
