Hollywood actress Margot Robbie Talks About DC Spin-offs ‘Gotham City Sirens’, ‘Harley and Joker’

Hollywood actress Margot Robbie is known to have portrayed the character of ‘Harley Quinn’ in the 2016 flick Suicide Squad. The Australian actress has recently confirmed that a ‘totally separate’ movie focusing on her character is under making. After the release of Suicide Squad, it was confirmed by the actress and the director David Ayer that a movie titled ‘Gotham City Sirens’ is under works.

Later, it was also confirmed that filmmakers Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, who previously helmed the movie Crazy Stupid Love, will be penning as well as helming a spin-off movie titled as ‘Harley and Joker ’. Regarding the news, Margot was quoted as saying, “I've been working on it for two years now. I mean, it's hard to kinda talk about it 'cause all this stuff is kinda under lock and key, but yeah, no, I've been working on a separate spin-off for Harley, thing, for a while now”.

She further added, “There's a lot going on right now and I'm not sure I, honestly, I don't think anyone knows what's going to be the next thing to happen, but I think everyone's keen to get Harley back on screen and so everyone's working on different versions of what that could be”.
