Ice Age: Collision Course Trailer Released

20th Century Fox has released the official trailer for the next instalment in the Ice Age franchise, Ice Age: Collision Course. The movie will be the fifth film in the series started by the 2002 film Ice Age. The cast will once again bring back Ray Romano, Denis Leary and John Leguizamo as the voice actors for Manfred, Sid and Diego.

Once again the trailer starts off with Scrat trying to find the perfect spot for his beloved acorn. He finds himself in the cockpit of a UFO frozen in ice which he mistakenly activates. Reaching space, Scrat starts a chain reaction that sets the planets in the formation and paths that we know. This in turn puts the Ice Age world at a threat. Sid, Manny and Diego must now leave their home for a safer place.

Directed by Mike Thurmeier, the movie will be released On July 22 next year in the U.S. The cast for the film will also include Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Simon Pegg, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes, and Jennifer Lopez. Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson will also be joining the team.
