James Cameron to start work on 2 Avatar sequels simultaneously in 2013

Mega Hollywood filmmaker James Cameron will start shooting for the two sequels of his 2011’s worldwide super-duper hit filmAvatarby the end of next year, simultaneously. The critically-acclaimed director revealed that he has started working on the script forAvatar 2and wants to start the shooting of the sci-fi follow-up by the end of 2013.

"I want to get these scripts nailed down. I don't want to be writing the movie in post production. We kind of did that on the first picture, I ended up cutting out a lot of scenes and I don't want to do that again," Contactmusic quoted the 58-year-old Canadian film director and producer as saying. He added, "I'm in theAvatarbusiness. Period. That's it. I'm makingAvatar 2,Avatar 3, maybeAvatar 4, and I'm not going to produce other people's movies for them".
