    James Franco, Ahna O’Reilly Plan Cinematic Adaptation of ‘The Killer Next Door’

    Alex Marwood’s murder mystery “The Killer Next Door” will be getting a big screen adaptation which is being developed by James Franco and Ahna O’Reilly. Vince Jolivette and James Franco will be producing the movie, along with Ahna. She might also play the lead in the movie.

    The Killer Next Door revolves around six neighbours out of whom, one is the killer. James Franco has previously directed movies based on ‘William Faulkner’s novels including ‘The Sound and the Fury’ and ‘As I Lay Dying.’ This year, Franco has directed and produced ‘In Dubious Battle’, which is based on John Steinbeck’s novel and ‘The Long Home’, based on William Gay’s book.

    Ahna O’Reily starred in ‘In Dubious Battle’, ‘I Am Michael’, ‘The Sound and the Fury’. She is also present in the upcoming flick ‘All I See Is You’. Franco’s most recent film was ‘I Am Michael’ which was directed by Justin Kelly and produced by Franco himself.
