James Madio To Star In Raymond De Felitta's ‘Stano’
American actor James Madio is popular for his roles in movies such as USA High, Hook and as Technician Fourth Grade Frank Perconte in the HBO drama series Band of Brothers. The 41-year-old actor has been signed up for an upcoming movie titled as ‘Stano’. The movie will be helmed by Raymond De Felitta.
The Basketball Diaries will be starring alongside Joe Manganiello. The movie revolves around Stano, who comes back to Bronx after being behind the bars for 17 years for a serious crime he committed as a teenager that eventually cost him his professional baseball career. The character of Bobby Stano is portrayed by Joe Manganiello.
James portrays the role of Joey, who is Stano’s best friend. His character Joey is also a fish market owner, who gives ‘Stano’ his first job after his release from jail. ‘Stano’ is bankrolled by Manganiello, Nick Manganiello, Bill Chartoff, Lynn Hendee and Eric Fischer.
