    Jamie Foxx joins the cast of Blink

    Jamie Foxx has joined the cast of Blink. The movie will be helmed by 300: Rise Of An Empire director Noam Murro. The 47-year-old actor is best known for his performances in the biopic Ray and Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained. Foxx garnered much acclaim as well as won an Oscar and BAFTA award for portraying the character of Ray Charles in the biopic Ray.

    Foxx will be seen essaying the role of a nurse in Blink. The movie focuses on a hospital nurse and a patient, who got injured under mysterious circumstances. As the relationship between the nurse and the patient grows, Foxx’s character reveal’s his own ulterior motives.

     

    The movie will be produced by Atlas’ William Green and Aaron Ginsburg along with Jake Kurily. The film will go on the floor in September. The script of the film has been written by Hernany Perla. Murro’s 300: Rise Of An Empire was a huge commercial success and earned over $337 million at the box office worldwide.
