Sian Heder, an award-winning writer, will make her debut in direction with the upcoming dramedy, Tallulah. Ellen Page will be seen sharing the screen with Allison Janney. The duo has also previously worked together in Jason Reitman’s award-winning Juno (2007) and Lynn Shelton’s Touchy Feely (2013).

The story revolves around a woman who rescues a baby girl from her reckless biological mother. She pretends to be her mother and keeps it as a secret throughout with the help of her ex-boyfriend’s mother. Meanwhile, everyone assume that the child got kidnapped and once she returns to her actual mother, all three of them end up sharing a close connection.

The Indie movie is co-produced by Route One Entertainment and Ocean Blue Entertainment. Production of the flick is expected to begin next month. Page has also finished her next project Into the Forest. As far as Janney is concerned, she will soon be seen in Spy and Minions.
