The multi-faceted personality, Jared Leto, has come under spotlight with the film, ‘Suicide Squad’ in which he played Joker. This 44-year-old star spoke out his views about Hollywood and its attitude towards the gay leading men. As per ew.com reports, Leto thinks that Hollywood is an extremely conservative place, especially when it comes to opportunities for LGBT actors.

“I definitely don’t think a gay leading man would have the same opportunities as a straight leading man,” Leto told GQ Style magazine. He further added, “I don’t think that. Not for a single second. I don’t know if that’s offensive or not, but that’s my thought right now. It shouldn’t be that way. I don’t think you’ll have as many opportunities.”

The Oscar winner, Jared Leto, earlier revealed that playing Joker in ‘Suicide Squad’ was no less than an honour to him. He follows in the footsteps of Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger in that role. Reportedly, a lot of the joker’s scenes were cut out of ‘Suicide Squad’ and Leto is less than 15 minutes of the movie. This might be depressing for the DC fans and audiences.
