Jason Bourne Gets A Super Bowl Spot

The next instalment in the Bourne franchise has got its own Super Bowl spot. Universal Pictures has also unveiled the title for the film through the clip, Jason Bourne. Matt Damon returns as Jason Bourne in the fifth part of the renowned series.

Previously, Matt spoke about the character in the film saying, “You’ll find the character — like ‘The Bourne Ultimatum,’ the third act actually in the movie dovetails with the third act of ‘The Bourne Supremacy.’ So technically when the Bourne character disappears, it’s still 2004. So when this next one comes out in ’16, it will have been 12 years — in movie years — that the character as been off the grid. So what’s happened in those intervening years gives you a story”.

Directed by Paul Greengrass, Jason Bourne will be released on July 29. The cast will include Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel, Tommy Lee Jones and Julia Stiles. Frank Marshall and Jeffrey Weiner are producing the project.
