Jason Statham In Talks To Star In ‘The Killer’s Game’

English superstar Jason Statham is known to have starred in many action-packed movies such as The Transporter, The Mechanic and Furious 7. The star was last seen in The Fate of the Furious. According to a news published on hollywoodreporter.com, the star is in talks to star in an upcoming action movie titled as ‘The Killer’s Game’.

The script of ‘The Killer’s Game’ is based on the 1997 novel of the same name and is known to be unproduced since a long time. The storyline of the movie revolves around a veteran hitman, who gets diagnosed with an illness and realises that he has numbered days of living. In order to prevent a painful death, the hitman decides to set up a plan to get himself killed by his former hitman colleagues. Later, he discovers that he was misdiagnosed.

‘The Killer’s Game’ will be helmed by D.J. Caruso. The movie will be bankrolled by Steve Richards of Endurance Media and Andrew Lazar of Mad Chance. Statham will also be next seen in the upcoming Fast and Furious spinoff alongside Dwayne Johnson.
