Jennifer Aniston will not marry Justin Theroux if he doesnt sign Pre-Nup

Though she is in love but her senses are not blinded this time as former Friends star Jennifer Aniston has asked boyfriend Justin Theroux to sign a strict pre-nuptial contract if he wants to marry her. The 43-year-old Hollywood beauty, whose first marriage with Brad Pitt ended in divorce, has an estimated 80 million worth properties and she reportedly refused to marry the director until he signs the agreement. A friend of Jennifer was quoted as saying by the Daily Star newspaper: ''Jen's thrilled to be getting married but she's leaving nothing to chance. She wants to make sure all her assets are protected, especially with her track record with men.''
