Jennifer Hudson says she has never done drugs

American actress and singer Jennifer Hudson is lending a role in an upcoming flick entitled The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete but is nervous to play her character. The movie based on drug addiction will show case Jennifer as one of the drug addicts but the 31-year-old is frightened, as she is having no experience to play a drug addict.

The actress stated, "It terrified me to play that part because I had no reference point. I`m 31 and I`ve never, ever, ever had a drink or done a drug in my entire life. I stick with Diet Coke and Crystal Light and water." The film also stars Anthony Mackie, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Jordin Sparks and Jeffrey Wright. The movie directed by George Tillman Jr. and written by Michael Starrbury tells the story of two youths who look after themselves one summer, when some authorities take their mothers away. Jennifer’s debut movie Dreamgirls fetched her 5 awards i.e. Academy award, Golden Globe award, BAFTA award, NAACP Image award and Screen Actors Guild award.
