    Jeremy Renner To Play Heavyweight Boxing Champion In 'Undefeated: The Rocky Marciano Story'

    Jeremy Renner who was last seen in ‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’ will now be seen in a biopic. Reports suggest that the actor is all set to play the role of heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Marciano. The biopic on the famous boxer has been titled 'Undefeated: The Rocky Marciano Story'.

    Reportedly, the film is still without the director and the hunt for a suitable director is still on. Rocky Marciano was an American professional boxer who retired from international stage undefeated. The boxer defended his title six times and remained champion from 1952 to 1956. He finished his career with a record of 49-0.

    Reports suggest that the film will portray his glorious journey, starting from his childhood until his death in a plane crash in 1969. The project will be bankrolled by Morris S. Levy. Samuel Franco and Evan Kilgore have scripted the flick. Jeremy Renner is currently busy shooting for ‘Captain America: Civil War’.
