Jessica Alba Confesses Being Jason Statham's Big Fan

Jessica Alba’s recent release ‘Mechanic: Resurrection’ is currently playing in the U.S. theatres and garnering mixed reviews from audiences. The movie, directed by Dennis Gansel, is the sequel to ‘The Mechanic’ (2011), which was a remake of the 1972 film of the same name. Recently, the sweetheart of Hollywood revealed that she and her husband are both big fans of Jason Statham, who played the male lead in the action thriller.

“My husband and I are both fans of Jason Statham”, Jessica told HELLO! Magazine, adding, “I love action movies and think he's one of the best - if not the best - action stars right now. I mean, what Jason can do with his body is insane. He's better than some stunt people that I've worked with”.

"I thought it would just be fun, frankly, and such a different thing to my day-to-day”, the 35-year-old actress added. ‘Mechanic: Resurrection’ released on August 26 and also stars Tommy Lee Jones and Michelle Yeoh in significant roles. The movie is penned by Philip Shelby and Tony Mosher.
