    Johnny Depp To Star In 'Richard Says Goodbye'

    The one thing that strikes everyone’s mind when they hear the name of Johnny Depp is obviously Jack Sparrow, his character from Pirates of the Caribbean. Everyone knows Johnny because of his character of a pirate in the movie. However, now the actor is all set to move to college world from the pirate world.

    If reports are to be trusted then the 53-year-old actor has been approached for 'Richard Says Goodbye' by filmmaker Wayne Roberts. Johnny will be seen playing the role of a college professor in the movie who is given a life-changing diagnosis that causes him to throw every previously held caution to the wind. The film is touted to be a comedy drama.

    The flick is being financed by Stuart Ford’s IM Global who will also present the movie to the buyers at the Cannes Film Festival which opens on May 17. The movie is being produced by Automatik’s Brian Kavanaugh-Jones in collaboration with IM Global production head Greg Shapiro. Depp is currently busy with Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' which is set to release on May 26, 2017 in the United States.
