Joseph Gordon-Levitt Roped In For Sci-fi Thriller Film ‘Sovereign’

Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s ‘Snowden’ released last month and got mixed reviews from the critics. On the contrary, the actor was praised for his good solid performance in the film. He has now been roped in to play the lead for a gripping script.

According to reports, the Don Jon actor will star in sci-fi thriller flick titled ‘Sovereign’. The movie will be helmed by English director Marc Munden and it will be bankrolled by Shawn Levy, Dan Levine and Dan Cohen under 21 Laps Entertainment banner. Jack Thorne, one of the most sought after screenwriters in UK, is working on the rewrite of the script.

The story of the movie will revolve around a man who, after his failed marriage, begins search for his wife and the entire crew of a space station who have gone missing. As he begins to explore the ship, he finds the truth about their disappearance and his role in losing her. Hopefully, he will bounce back with a magnificent film this time.
