    Josh Hutcherson to star in James Franco’s The Long Home

    Josh Hutcherson is set to star in James Franco’s big screen adaptation of The Long Home, reported by TheWrap. Hutcherson is best known for portraying the role of Peeta Mellark in the film series The Hunger Games. Franco may also star in the movie, although it has not yet been confirmed.

    The movie is based on a book of the same name by William Gay. The book is a coming-of-age story set in the 1940s. The story focuses on a young Tennessee carpenter, who finds himself working for the very bootlegger who killed his father years ago. This will be the second time Hutcherson and Franco will be working together, after Franco cast the Hunger Games star in ‘In Dubious Battle’.

    The film will be produced by James Franco under his Rabbit Bandini banner along with Jay Davis and Vince Jolivette. Franco is currently working on In Dubious Battle, which he is producing, directing and starring in. While Josh Hutcherson, will be next seen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 2 in November.
