Karen Gillan Has Many Hopes For Her Character Nebula In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2

Actress Karen Gillan was shocked to know that her character Nebula in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 will survive. She assumed that her character will die at the end of the first movie. The 29-year-old plays the blue skin alien in the movie.

Speaking to a magazine, Gillan said, "It was a surprise for me because when I read the script for the first movie my character died in it. And then when we got close to shooting that, suddenly her ending was rewritten, and then it was rewritten again.” She added, "So I just didn't know what was going on. And then she didn't die in the first movie and I was really excited about that."

Karen hopes to see many possibilities for her character Nebula in the Avengers franchise and the third instalment of Guardians' movie. She expects that Nebula’s wish of murdering her stepfather Thanos gets fulfilled in the movie. "I would like to see Nebula be embraced into the Guardians family because I think that's what she probably needs, even though she wouldn't ever let on. I would like to see her fulfil her clear agenda which is to kill Thanos. I think that would be cool," she said.
