Kate Winslet Frightened On The Sets Of ‘The Mountain Between Us’?

If recent reports are to be trusted, leading actress Kate Winslet felt fearful while shooting a scene for her recent project, ‘The Mountain Between Us’. The scene entitled the actress to come face-to-face with a lion in the mountains of Purcell, Calgary. As per sources, the weather conditions too were calamitous.

Even so, Kate loved every bit of it, "As hard as it was, as scary as it was, I really did love it. It was quite frightening, but amazing at the same time because of how spectacularly beautiful it was", reported IANS. She added, "I was excited by the physical challenge. I hadn't done something quite so extreme for a really long time".

‘The Mountain Between Us’ will have Winslet playing a photojournalist named Alex Martin. The movie is a cinematic adaptation of a novel by Charles Martin. The movie, helmed by Hany Abu-Assad, is set to hit the theatres on October 6.
