The Readeractress Kate Winslet, 37, ties knot for the third time, with her beau Ned Rocknroll in New York. It was a very private affair attended by few close friends and family. Her spokesperson confirms the good news while talking to Eonline.com that the secret ceremony was "attended by her two children and a very few friends and family".

Kate and her husband Rocknroll were seeing each other for the last one year and they got engaged in summer. The 34- year old Ned, nephew of billionaire businessman Richard Branson, was previously married to British socialite Eliza Cowdray while theTitanicstar Winslet, was married to Jim Threapleton andmoviemakerSamMendes earlier.

The newly-wed couple has apparently purchased a homein West Sussex, England last September.
