This is Leonardo DiCaprio's 6th Oscar nomination and he hasn't won a single one of them in the past. But his "Titanic" co-star, Kate Winslet, thinks contrary to what has happened in the past. Leonardo DiCaprio has been nominated in the best actor category for his role in 'The Revenant'.

Bryan Cranston for "Trumbo", Matt Damon for "The Martian", Eddie Redmayne for "The Danish Girl" and Michael Fassbender for "Steve Jobs", are the other actors who are competing with the 41-year-old American star.

During the Critics' Choice Awards in London, on being asked about this year's Oscars, Kate Winslet told Reuters, "I do think it probably will be, I think you can sort of feel it. And I think that everyone wants it for him and it would be amazing. But it's also slightly difficult for me too because Michael Fassbender has been nominated and I think his performance is so extraordinary. But I think you can sort of feel the temperature, it's probably going to be Leo's year."

Kate Winslet has also won a nomination for her role in the film "Steve Jobs" in the best supporting actress category. Kate bagged the Critics' Choice Award on Sunday for her role in the same film.
