Keira Knightley may bag a role in Laggies

It was Anna Hathaway initially and now it’s Keira Knightley, who is in consideration for the female lead in Laggies. If the deal is finalised the newly-wed Knightley will star opposite Sam Rockwell and Chloe Moretz in the film.

Laggies revolves around a young woman who cannot come out of her adolescence ever. When proposed for marriage she gives some adverse reactions to her beau, lying that she is off for some business trip. Though, she finds out a new hide-out with her new buddy, 16-year-old Annika. Written by Andrea Seigel, Laggies will be directed by Lynn Shelton of Your Sister's Sister fame.
