Key & Peele Guns Blazing In New Keanu Poster

Warner Bros. has released a new poster for the upcoming Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele starrer Keanu. The movie will be an action comedy and the duo is known from their sketch comedy show Key and Peele on Comedy Central. Keanu has been directed by Peter Atencio.

The movie has been sort of derived from the hit film John Wick which starred Keanu Reeves, hence the name, probably. Key and Peele play cousins Clarence and Rell who infiltrate a street gang after their cat Keanu gets kidnapped. The movie has been scripted by Alex Rubens and Jordan Peele.

The cast also includes Gabrielle Union, Jason Mitchell, Method Man, Will Forte, Tiffany Haddish and Luis Guzman. Keanu will hit the screens on April 29. The show Key and Peele ended last year after its fifth season. The first episode of the show was aired back in 2012. The duo have been working together for quite a long time and were part of the 1995 sketch comedy series Mad TV as well.
