Kiefer Sutherland Doesn’t Want His Daughter To Act

Kiefer Sutherland recently revealed that he did not want his daughter Sarah to become an actress. The Hollywood actor-director-producer-singer has made it clear that if his daughter wants to pursue other career options, then she is free to do whatever she likes. He doesn’t want her to follow his acting footsteps.

The actor who starred in 'Designated Survivor' is the son of actors Donald Sutherland and Shirley Douglas. He is grateful that his parents never forced him to follow in their career path, and thinks they would have prefered if he'd pursued a different avenue, according to latest reports.

Sarah is Kiefer and actress Camelia Kat’s daughter who is Kiefer’s first wife. he said, “I was always grateful to my parents for letting me find my way. They were there if I wanted to talk to them but they never pushed me. In fact, both of my parents were disappointed that this was what I wanted to do. I think I felt the same way for my daughter”. Sarah further said, “My father tried to lovingly deter me”.
