Kristen Stewart exits Focus, negotiations on with Will Smith

An entry-exit phase in going on with Warner Bros. heist projectFocusas Kristen Stewart has dropped out of the same while the makers are in talks with Will Smith, to play the role left behind by Ben Affleck.Glenn FicarraandJohn Requa,the directors ofCrazy, Stupid, Lovewill be helming the project.

The script was originally written by the director-duo keeping Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in their minds but as the actors were unavailable for the project, Stewart and Affleck were approached. But Affleck also quit the project in December, leading to the search for a new male lead. If the deal with Smith is finalised, he would be back with the production house after2007’sI Am Legend.
