Hollywood actor Liev Schreiber, who was facing a controversy for hitting a photographer, has now denied the allegations. The 50-year-old actor appeared in New York court on Tuesday to respond to a second-degree harassment charge. As per reports, it all happened on June 07.
The report stated that the actor Liev Schreiber hit Sherwood Martinelli, the photographer after he tried to click a picture of the former on the sets. Schreiber who appeared in the court pled not guilty and filed a petition in order to dismiss the charge levelled against him. The court has set September 20 as the next date of hearing.
If we go by the reports, Schreiber and Martinelli indulged in a war of words after the proceedings were over. Schreiber, in his defence, said that he never touched the photographer or his camera. He added that irrespective of being pissed at Martinelli, he never got into a fight with him.
