Lily James in talks to star in Baby Driver

Lily James is in talks to star in join the cast of Baby Driver. James is best known for her performances in Downton Abbey and Cinderella. The movie, which has been described as a crime thriller, will be helmed by Edgar Wright. The 26-year-old actress will be joining Ansel Elgort, in the film.

The movie focuses on a mute man-to be played by Elgort. He is forced to constantly listen to music in order to keep himself distracted from sustained ringing in his ears. Elgort essays the role of a bank robber who is on the run after a job goes bad.

If all goes to plan then Lily James, will be seen essaying the role of Elgort’s love interest. Once the decisions on the cast and crew are taken, the project will go under production in September. James was last seen on the big screen in Cinderella, which has crossed the $500 million mark at the box office.
