Lily-Rose Depp Defends Dad After Abuse Claims

Johnny Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp is defending her dad from Amber Heard's accusations of domestic violence against him. She proclaimed on the Instagram that her father "is the sweetest most loving person.” Lily-Rose goes on to say that her father has been “nothing but wonderful” to both herself and her little brother.

The 17-year-old actress and his former partner Vanessa Paradis, took social media to share a throwback photo of her as a baby with Depp, along with the caption, "My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know, he's been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same."

A representative for Depp said in a statement on May 26, "Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly." On Friday Depp was ordered by a California judge to stay 100 yards away from the actress for the next month.
