    Louis C.K. Taking a Break from Louie

    FX Networks and FX Productions CEO John Landgraf stated that Louis C.K. is taking an indefinite break from the hit series Louie. The comedian is involved in the production of three other projects for FX. Landgraf added that the return of the show will be totally up to Louis C.K.

    The 47-year-old actor/comedian is an executive producer and writer for Baskets which stars Zach Galifianakis where he plays a Chip Baskets. Chip who wants to be a professional clown is forced to get a job at the local rodeo as he fails to get a degree at a clowning school in Paris. Louis C.K. is also producing and writing a show titled Better Things which stars Pamela Adlon. She plays the role of a single mom trying to raise three daughters.

    Louis took a two-year break after the third season of his eponymous show. It started in 2010 and the fifth season came out in April this year. Landgraf said that if he had his way, the show would run for 20 years.
