Marvel Studios Teases Avengers: Infinity War At D23 Expo

Disney’s D23 Expo is currently underway at Anaheim convention center in California. Yesterday, attendees at the ultimate Disney fan event were exposed to something that fans all over the globe have been waiting for. Marvel Studios showcased some footage from the upcoming flick ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and the internet is going gaga over it.

Since the footage is currently not available online through any official sources, there have been only fan reviews and reactions to it. Entertainment Weekly described one of the scenes as, “We see him on the surface of a blighted world, drawing a moon or another planet into the atmosphere of the realm where he is battling the Avengers, ripping chunks of it free as they streak toward the battle like cannon fire”. Things are definitely going to the next level.

At the expo, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige took the stage and brought on the superhero cast present in the film. He also introduced director Joe Russo, who co-directed the film with his brother Anthony. Talking about the flick, Kevin shared that they have reached the half-way mark in shooting.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ will hit theatres on May 4 next year.
