Marvel’s next venture which is the adaptation of the novel ‘Doctor Strange’ will have two big stars coming together. The Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch and our very own ‘Bane’ from ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Tom Hardy have apparently been roped in for the movie. It is still not known which role have they been offered.

Scott Derrickson who wears the director’s cap for this one confirmed himself to be on board few days back on twitter. The president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige said the adaptation of Doctor Strange will have a Sci-fi touch and will reflect the supernatural side of the subject. The film would then obviously suit the legacy the studio is so famous for. "There's a whole other side to the Marvel universe, which is the supernatural side. We haven't done anything that mind-trippy yet and for me, Doctor Strange is our doorway into that,” said Kevin while detailing about the project.

The ‘Phase 3’ of Marvel Studios has a number of films lined up for release that includes ‘Ant Man’, ‘Captain America 3’, ‘Thor 3’and ‘Black Panther Movies’. The makers have put Doctor Strange in the same phase and hope to begin shooting soon. It sure comes as a delightful treat for Marvel fans.
