    Yes, you heard it right. Hollywood actor Matthew Rhys will be featuring star in the biopic of former American TV personality Mr Rogers - 'You Are My friend'. The actor will be playing the part in the upcoming movie opposite Tom Hanks. Marielle Heller of 'The Diary of a Teenage Gir' fame will direct the movie while Micah Fitzerman-Blue and Noah Harpster will write the screenplay.

    As far as the film is concerned, it is inspired by a real-life friendship between Mr Rogers and award-winning journalist Tom Junod, who will be played by Matthew Rhys. The story revolves around the journalist, who accepts an assignment to write a profile piece on Rogers and eventually transforms his perspective on life. According to reports, the filming is set to begin in September.

    The flick will be released after Wes Anderson's 'Isle of Dogs'. After Mr Rogers’s biopic, Matthew Rhys will next be seen in 'Mowgli'. It will be based on the retold version of the Jungle Book by 'Black Panther' actor Andy Serkis
