Matt Damon Got Extremely Emotional About Amal Clooney’s Pregnancy!

Matt Damon and George Clooney are friends from a very long time. They both have worked together in films like ‘Ocean's Thirteen’ and ‘Ocean's Twelve’. Recently, George and his wife Amal confirmed that they are expecting twins. On hearing this news, Matt Damon almost cried.

The Clooneys are expecting twins in June. Damon recalled the moment when George told him about this. He told, “I was working with him last fall and he pulled me aside on set and I mean, I almost started crying. I was so happy for him. And I was like, 'How far along is she?' And he goes, 'Eight weeks'."

Matt, on learning that Amal is 8-weeks pregnant now, advised George not to tell anyone about this up to twelve week of pregnancy. Damon told George, "'Are you out of your mind?! Don't tell anybody else! Don't tell anybody else! Don't you know the 12-week rule?' Like of course he doesn't." Although, Matt thinks George hurried in spilling the beans about Amal’s pregnancy, but he said that he is very happy for the couple. He said, “So yeah, I'm thrilled for him. She's amazing. He hit the jackpot. Just on every level. She is a remarkable woman. They're gonna be great. They're gonna be awesome parents. Those kids are lucky."
