Matt Gerald Will Star Again In The Avatar Sequel!

Hollywood actor Matt Gerald portrayed the role of Corporal Lyle Wainfleet in the 2009 sci-fi movie ‘Avatar’. Gerald has been officially roped in to reprise his role in the upcoming sequels of ‘Avatar’. The 2009 movie also starred Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington Sigourney Weaver, CCH Pounder and Joel David Moore.

Cliff Curtis and Oona Chaplin will be the newcomers in the upcoming sequels of ‘Avatar’. The shooting of ‘Avatar 2’ will begin this fall and will be hitting the silver screens on December 18, 2020. The sequels thereafter will open during the Christmas seasons of 2021, 2024 and 2025.

Apart from the ‘Avatar’ sequel role, Gerald will be seen in a lot of upcoming projects such as Rampage, Bright and Shot Caller. Rampage is bankrolled by New Line Cinemas and will be starring Dwayne Johnson. Bright is bankrolled by Netflix and stars Will Smith.
