    Mel Gibson’s Son Milo To Play Al Capone In ‘In the Absence of Good Men’

    Milo Gibson, who made his big screen debut with father Mel Gibson’s Oscar nominated flick ‘Hacksaw Ridge’, has bagged another project. This time, he will be portraying one of the most infamous gangsters ever, Al Capone, in ‘In the Absence of Good Men’. The movie is being directed by Timothy Woodward Jr.

    Set during the 1920s gangland wars, the movie will showcase the sensitive climate between the Italian and Irish mobs. It will focus on the real-life event, St. Valentine's Day Massacre, which took place on February 14, 1929. Milo will be joined by Sean Faris, Peter Facinelli and Jamie Lynn Sigler.

    Sean will play the role of Capone’s right hand man "Machine Gun" Jack McGurn while Facinelli will play his rival, Bugs Moran. Sigler will portray the love interest of McGurn, Lulu Rolfe. ‘In the Absence of Good Men’ will be produced by Jarrett Furst, James Cullen Bressack and Lauren de Normandie. There is no release date for the flick as of yet.
