Michael Caine, Samuel L. Jackson to feature in Harry and the Butler

George C. Wolfe’s Harry and the Butler will be awaited as two renowned actors Michael Caine and Samuel L. Jackson have joined hands to work on this venture. Producers Philippe Rivier ofSpirit Films and Colin Callender of Playground Entertainment announced the same, “We are very proud to bring together these two great movie icons, Sam Jackson and Michael Caine, under the direction of the great George C. Wolfe.Harryand the Butlerfollows in the honorable tradition of so many classic films in which a chance encounter between two disparate characters transforms them forever.”

It was learnt that Michael will once again reprise his butler role of Christopher Nolan’s Batman films and this time he will play Samuel’s butler. The venture about Jackson, a rollercoaster mechanic and one-time jazz virtuoso, will go on floors next year in spring. Harry and the Butler partially based on 1962 Danish film Harry og Kammertjeneren, will be shot in Louisiana. Michael is associated with Interstellar and Eliza Graves and Samuel has his hands on Oldboy, Reasonable Doubt, Robocop, Captain America: TheWinter Soldier and Kite.
