New High-Rise Trailer Released

The upcoming Tom Hiddleston starrer High-Rise has got a new trailer released by StudioCanal. The movie is a cinematic adaptation of a novel by J.G. Ballard. Tom will play a young doctor named Robert Laing in the movie directed by Ben Wheatley.

High-Rise will focuses on a residential tower with luxuries unknown to the outside world. Based in the era of Margaret Thatcher’s rise to power, the tower is not every bit as glorious as it looks from the outside. With residents forming factions, Robert is dragged into the complex and unnerving situation which brings out something in himself that he must overcome.

The movie stars Sienna Miller, Jeremy Irons, Luke Evans, Elisabeth Moss, James Purefoy, Reece Shearsmith, Peter Ferdinando and Dan Renton Skinner, along with Tom. Jeremy plays the creator of the tower Anthony Royal. Amy Jump has written the screenplay for High-Rise which will be released in the U.K. on March 18.
