Newlywed Blake-Ryan visit Canadian patients instead of attending Oscars

Hollywood actors, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, spent their Oscar’s night visiting patients at Health Sciences North Hospital in Ontario, Canada. The newlywed couple made a dash to the hospital as Reynolds was shooting for his upcoming dramaQueen of The Night.The duo, who married last September, had conversationswith multiple families and held infants in their hands.

The hospital’s spokesperson Dan Lessard told an international daily, "I can tell you the visit was really appreciated by the kids, their parents and the staff on the unit. Mr. Reynolds and Ms. Lively were wonderful with the children".

Sarah Lavallee, a patient who was watching her 3-month-old son quoted, "I really appreciated both Ryan and Blake giving me something to smile about at such a difficult time."
